Wood and paint, shells, mini trees, stones and more than 40 other wonderful decorating materials wait on the tables. As Little Architects, children build their dream house with flowers and a toadstool; others create a dragon land with a papier-mâché volcano and a beach of shells. Nobody says how it's supposed to be done, and nobody judges what comes out. And at some point a child says, very quietly: "I made that."
That's the very moment personal development happens, and it feels like play. We call it the SSPF formula:

He was about five years old and didn't know what to build. Then he discovered the big dragon land and stood before it in wonder. "I'd love to build one like that," he whispered. Two and a half hours later, he stood in front of his very own dragon landscape, with two volcanoes and a beach made of shells, glowing from the inside.
Wonderland exists for moments exactly like this.

Sometimes all it takes is a few minutes, and the day feels brighter again. In a short chat you find out how you're doing right now and choose a small exercise that does you good. Every exercise comes from Nathalie's own practice, gathered over more than 25 years.
For grown-ups and kids: children under 10 use it together with an adult they trust; from 10, they can use it on their own.

A place where children play, create and, almost without noticing, discover the strength inside them. Nathalie Sabrina Dahl and her daughter Tiffany Rachel Meile dreamed it up a few years ago in Barcelona.
When Nathalie discovered personal development at 32, a new world opened up for her, and one question wouldn't let her go: why don't we learn this as children? When her grandson was born, she noticed how few activities for children truly give them something for life. That's how Nathalie's Wonderland began.
Today Nathalie brings more than 25 years of personal development, over 15 of them in coaching and workshops with more than 859 people. She sits on the board of the SDSK, the Swiss umbrella association for play and communication, and lives on a small farm in Kallern with lots of toys, horses, cats, a dog and heaps of buzzards and red kites.
